Delivery Information

We are still shipping and delivering normally in Ireland through Fastway - in most cases your order will fit through your letterbox, though this does depend on the size of your order. If your order is not letter box friendly, Fastway will still deliver in a contact-free manner. Collection points are open as normal so any orders where deliveries are missed can be collected in person from your local depot.

Orders before 4:00pm GMT will be dispatched on the same day (if in stock). We stock 99% of standard prescription contact lenses and eye care products so that we can deliver your products as quickly as possible. You do not need to be in to receive your order.

We post the orders once all of the products are ready to dispatch. We do not split orders and aim to get your full order to you in one delivery.

Outside the EU

If you live outside of the EU your order will need to clear customs. There may also be additional charges for duty and taxes which are not our responsibility and therefore not included in our pricing.

Ordering from the US

As of 1st of January 2021, our US service is under review and we are unable to ship orders to the US. Find out more here.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery to the UK or Ireland, for everywhere else in the world allow up to 5 working days. If you have not received your order in this time we recommend that you contact our customer service team on 01 513 4141 or email us at help@visiondirect.ie.
