Whether you had a change of heart or prescription: just return any lenses, unopened and in their original condition within 365 days. We'll refund the amount they cost to the payment method used, or add it as store credit on your account, right away.

How to return:

  • Download our freepost returns form. Based in the US or elsewhere? Please download our international returns form, or speak to our customer service team to see what the next steps involve.
  • Fill in your details, and if you're based in the UK, attach the freepost returns address label to the package. UK returns are on us, but international customers have to cover postage costs.
    Check items are packaged securely.
  • For additional security, please keep your proof of postage safe to keep. This will ensure we can help you should something go wrong.

Why is your guarantee period so long?

That's an easy one - it's because we want you to buy your lenses with the peace of mind that we have your back. We are all about making buying contact lenses online as easy and hassle-free as possible!

Why would I want to return unopened lenses?

There's a few reasons why you might change your mind on lenses: prescription changes, you want to change the way you use your lenses (such as go for a monthly to a daily lens) and more - it's totally your call.

When will I be getting my refund?

We'll refund you as soon as we receive your returned items.

What does 'original condition' mean?

To carry out a return, we have to make sure the product is in its original packaging before we can approve a refund. So what does that mean? Basically, make sure the product is in its original packaging, unopened, undamaged and with no marks or scratches. Better put, in a condition you would be happy to receive it in.

I've received a defective or damaged product, what do I do?

If you've received some lenses that don't look or feel right, we've got your back: you have a 12-month free replacement guarantee so you can get a new pack.

Statutory Cancellations Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. you may cancel your order and obtain a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If your order contains a number of items that are delivered separately, the cancellation period begins from receipt of the final item. This does not apply to any products made to your specification unless they are faulty. You must return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel.
