How to enable cookies on your device
iPhone
To enable cookies for Safari on your device, follow these instructions:
- Go to the Home screen by pressing the Home button.
- Select the Settings icon.
- Select “Safari” from the Settings menu.
- Select “Block cookies” from the Safari menu.
- Select “Always allow” in the Cookies menu.
- Press the Home button to return to the iPhone/ iPad home screen.
Android Native
To enable cookies for Chrome on your device, follow these instructions:
- Click the “Menu” Items button on your device.
- Select “Settings” from the list.
- Tap the “Privacy and security” option.
- Make sure the “Accept cookies” box is ticked.
Android Chrome
To enable cookies for Chrome on your device, follow these instructions:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Tap the 3 dots to the right of the search bar.
- Select “Settings” from the drop down.
- Under the Advanced tab, select “Site settings”.
- Select “Cookies”.
- Toggle the “Cookies” slider to “on” (Allow sites to save and read cookie data).
- Tick the “Allow Third Party Cookies” box.
