Delivery Information

Specific sales tax and/or customs duties may be applicable upon delivery depending on the order destination. Orders domestic to Ireland over the value of €150 may incur tax and custom charges. 

Order by 4:00pm any day of the week and get your lenses in 2-3 business days, as standard. We keep our stock levels high, so we can ship the vast majority of orders on the same day, Monday through Friday.

When possible, we use letterbox-friendly packages that fit through the door, so you don't need to wait around for your delivery.

You'll get FREE 2-3 day delivery and a tracked service on all orders of €59 and over - perfect for saving and having that extra peace of mind. For any orders below €59, 2-3 day delivery costs €3.98.

We post the orders once all of the products are ready to dispatch. We don’t split orders and aim to get your full order to you in one delivery.

Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery to Ireland, for everywhere else in the world allow up to 10 working days. If you haven’t received your order during this time we recommend that you contact our customer service team here. They’re available to help Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 21:00 and Saturday from 8:00 to 18:00. Please be sure to report any missing orders within 30 days of dispatch for Ireland orders and within 45 days of dispatch for international orders.

Yes, you can! One of the reasons that we can offer 2-3 day delivery on contact lenses is because we don’t need to see your prescription when you order. So, if you don’t have a prescription to hand when you order your lenses, it’s no problem. All you need to do is place your order and we’ll concentrate on delivering your lenses superfast, with no fuss. Of course, if you’d like us to check your prescription, we’re more than happy to do so.

If you live outside of the EU, your order will need to clear customs. There may also be additional charges for duty and taxes, which are not our responsibility and therefore not included in our pricing. The delivery price for your order will be calculated and shown in your basket when you check out.

*Delivery to French Polynesia Islands can take 7-10 business days.
